Privacy notice.

1. Data controller

The data controller is De Falconibus SRLS, trading as De Falconibus Suites & Rooms, VAT number 03230430732, at Via Costantinopoli 23, 74026 Pulsano (TA), Italia. To ask a question or exercise your privacy rights, email defalconibus@gmail.com or phone +39 393 804 6404.

2. Categories of personal data

Website usage: hosting and delivery systems may process IP addresses, device and browser information, visit times, requested URLs, diagnostic data and security logs.

Voluntary enquiries: when you contact us by phone or email, we may process your name, contact details, message and information you choose to supply, such as travel dates, guest numbers and requested services.

The website currently does not collect accommodation reservations or payments through its own forms.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Technical data supports operation of the site, security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting, on grounds that may include legitimate interests and provision of requested digital services. Details you send in enquiries are used to reply, prepare quotations and take steps requested before entering into a contract, or to perform agreed services. Legal obligations may apply to financial and contractual records.

The website does not automatically subscribe people who send enquiries to marketing lists and does not use advertising pixels or profiling. Optional website statistics run on Neon only after explicit consent. We store page views and booking-link clicks, approximate sources and device category, with random browser identifiers, but do not store IP addresses in the analytics database.

4. Providing your details

Some technical information is necessary to deliver website content. Sending personal details in an enquiry is optional, but without sufficient contact or booking details we may not be able to respond or prepare a quotation. Please do not send sensitive information that is not necessary.

5. Service providers and external sites

The website uses Vercel for hosting, Cloudinary and Wix Static for images and video, and Neon for consent-based website statistics in an EU region. Fonts are now served directly by this website without the browser contacting Google Fonts. Loading external images and video may transmit technical information, including IP addresses, to those providers. Email providers also process communications sent to the property.

Social media links and Google Maps open third-party services on request. Selecting a booking link takes you to the external Bookpage booking system; please review its privacy information and booking terms before entering your details.

6. Retention and international transfers

Enquiries are retained as needed to respond, manage an agreed relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical logs are handled under provider retention policies for operational and security purposes. Some providers may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area; any international transfers must comply with applicable GDPR safeguards. You may contact the controller for more specific details.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, GDPR rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Email defalconibus@gmail.com to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

8. Cookies and updates

Read our Cookie policy for information about the site's technical features and external resources. This notice may change when providers or processing activities change.
